Where is my order?

Any of these will tell you where your order is.

• Check your confirmation email

  You receive a confirmation email as soon as payment goes through. It has two buttons: View order for the order status, and Manage purchase to manage the purchase. No sign-in, no password needed. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.

• Just ask us

  Send us your order number — it is the string after Invoice in the confirmation email — and we will look it up for you.
