Why this exists
Anyone who has taken a frightened cat to the vet knows the worst part: the cat braces against the front opening and will not come out, and you end up tipping the whole carrier up.
What it does about it
The top opens as well as the front. You lift the cat out from above instead of pulling it through a small door, and the vet can examine it in place without a fight.
Materials and specs
Hard shell body, front metal grille door, hinged top lid. Several structures and colours are available — check the variant you pick. Measured by hand, variance possible.

Who this is wrong for
Not for a cat that needs to be fully hidden from view to stay calm — the grille and skylight show a lot of the outside.
