Why this exists
Past a certain distance no shoulder wins. But a wheeled carrier is useless on stairs and in lifts, which Hong Kong has a lot of.
What it does about it
The trolley detaches. Wheel it along the flat, pull it off and carry the bag where wheels do not help. Stated weights: about 1.2kg for the bag alone, about 3.2kg with the trolley.
Materials and specs
Fabric carrier body with a detachable wheeled trolley frame. Stated weight about 1.2kg for the bag, about 3.2kg with the trolley. Available with or without the trolley.

Who this is wrong for
Not for a route that is mostly stairs. Wheels do nothing on steps, and the trolley adds about two kilos before the cat goes in — if your building or station is step-heavy, take the version without it.
