Why this exists
Getting around Hong Kong usually means walking and changing transport. A single-shoulder carrier puts all the weight on one side, and after fifteen minutes your wrist gives out. Escalators, gates and stairs are exactly where having your hands full becomes a risk. Not being able to free your hands is the most practical limit on taking a cat out.

Who this is wrong for
Not for cats over 5kg — that is the stated upper limit, and plenty of adult male cats, British Shorthairs and Ragdolls in Hong Kong go past it, so weigh yours before ordering. Also not for cats that spook easily: the bubble window shows them everything happening on the street, which is a constant stressor for that kind of cat. Note too that the New Territories Light Rail requires a fully sealed carrier with no head or paws showing, so a window model may not qualify.
